Get to know the cause of stress.

Test yourself for food intolerance at home.

Not everyone knows if they are food intolerant if you suspect that you are then doing a Pulse Test at home. Place the food or medicine on your tongue, then close your mouth. Sit down for 5 minutes, and then measure your pulse for 1 minute. You don’t have to swallow or chew the food, just get a good taste of it. Wait for another minute and check your pulse again. If your pulse increases or drops by 4 or more beats per minute, you might have a reaction to the food you tested.

Food intolerance testing is important to prevent allergic reactions from food and drugs. By avoiding foods that are intolerant to your body, you are helping yourself avoid getting harmful health issues.

Avoid tap water.

Chlorine and fluoride that are present in tap water are not good for the body. Tap water and well water can also have high contents of iron, manganese, calcium and other minerals that might be harmful to your health. Have a water filter that helps eliminate heavy metals, bacteria, and chemicals. Your body needs clean drinking water and it is better that impure water.

Drink water after you wake up.

It helps reduce constipation. Drink a warm glass of water in the morning right after you wake up. This stretches and stimulates the muscles in your bowels. You can also add a pinch of sea salt to supply your adrenal glands with the minerals needed to make your body and hormones absorb more water.

Drinking water after you wake up helps in firing up your metabolism. Your body is also dehydrated from sleeping 7-8 hours daily, so it is important to drink water right after you wake up.

Eat a real breakfast.

Avoid going for the quick fix in the morning, eat more wholesome and healthy foods for breakfast instead of sugary cereals. Prepare your food the night before to save time in the morning. It is the first meal of the day and it’s very important to start it by eating better.
